TradFlakes
These terms cover the Pro licences sold through the TradFlakes extension store. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
A Pro licence is a personal, non-transferable right to use the paid features of the extension it was bought for. It is tied to your TradFlakes account.
It is not a subscription to a service. The licence is a signed token that your browser verifies on your own device — there is no server to go down, and the extension keeps working offline.
One licence covers up to three browsers signed in to the same TradFlakes account. Two profiles on the same computer count as two browsers, because that is what the limit is meant to measure.
You can see which browsers are using a licence, and release any of them, under My Extensions. Releasing one frees the slot straight away; the browser you released keeps Pro until its licence token runs out, which is at most a fortnight.
Because your browser checks its licence locally rather than calling us, it needs to see tradflakes.com occasionally to stay renewed. In ordinary use this happens by itself. A browser kept away from the site for longer will drop to the free tier until it returns.
When a Pro licence lapses or is refunded, the extension does not stop working. The free features remain available, your settings are untouched, and nothing is deleted.
Every account also gets three days with everything unlocked, starting the first time you sign in to the extension. No card is required and there is nothing to cancel. The trial is once per account — signing out, clearing storage or using another browser does not start a new one.
We would rather trust you than lock things down, which is why the extension keeps working offline and asks nothing of you day to day. Please do not make us reconsider that.
We may update the extension, including its rules, presets and interface. We will not remove a feature from the free tier that was in it when you installed.
If we make a change to these terms that materially affects a licence you already hold, we will tell the email address on your account.
The extensions analyse what is already on your screen, on your own device. Charts, positions and analysis are not uploaded. Signing in identifies you so a licence can follow you between browsers; it does not send us your trading activity. See our Privacy Policy.
Nothing renews automatically. Each payment buys a fixed period — a month, a year, or forever — and there is no subscription running in the background. We do not store your card and cannot charge you again without you going through checkout yourself. There is nothing to cancel.
A monthly or yearly licence simply ends on its date, and the extension returns to the free tier. You can buy another period whenever you like, before or after that happens.

We may end a licence without refund where it has been used in breach of section 4, or where the payment behind it was reversed or disputed.

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a licence is limited to what you paid for it.
