TradFlakes publishes reviews, ratings and comments written by its members. If something published here is unlawful, defamatory, infringes your rights, impersonates you, or misuses your personal data, this page is how you tell us — and how we are obliged to answer.
This mechanism is provided under rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We acknowledge every complaint immediately with a reference number, and resolve it within 15 days of receipt.

Use the form below, or write to the Grievance Officer directly at the address above. Please include enough detail for us to find the content — a link is best.
Enter the reference we gave you, and the email address you filed it from.
You can escalate. For content decisions, the Grievance Appellate Committee hears appeals against an intermediary's decision within 30 days — gac.gov.in. For personal-data complaints, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once you have first raised the matter with us, as section 13(3) of the DPDP Act requires.
We act on orders from a court of competent jurisdiction or an authorised government agency as required by law. Requests for user information must come through lawful process; we do not hand over member data on request alone.
You do not need this process to remove something you posted yourself. Delete your review or comment where you posted it, or delete your account from your profile — that removes your reviews and comments with it.
